Esta es la historia
-This is a fantasy based on a true story-
Tell the sleepy readers what took place after she logged off.
Listen. Tom Waits was singing The Heart of Saturday Night, she held the remote control in her hand, bumped up the volume, danced in her glory and sang along with Tom...makes it kind of quiver down in the core 'cause you're dreamin' of them Saturdays that came before and now you're stumblin' you're stumblin' onto the heart of Saturday night. She clutched the remote control against her heart and she sang so damn loud the windows rattled, she thought her aching heart would explode into its own passionate melody. She swayed her hips slow and sweet... this was her virginal toast to life. She tumbled all the way down into a well filled with midnight magnolias and again sang along with Tom...Tryin' to wipe out ev'ry trace of all the other days in the week you know that this'll be the Saturday you're reachin' your peak, her skin pumping out goose bumps. She suddenly remembered that it was Friday and that she'd better get her blissful self together for her meet-up with the heart of Saturday night.
That was a pathetic head on collision with reality what did she do?
She took her dog outside, sat on the back steps, soaked in some spring sun and she gazed at the trees. The buds looked like butterflies emerging from cocoons and she saw them flying to her, their burgundy wings splashing and swimming until they reached her and lit upon that sensitive spot on her neck. She heard the humming light of wisdom telling her that it was her imagination she needed to recognize, her imagination was all the recognizing she'd ever need. She smiled to herself and if you could have seen her, how the blue sky reflected from her eyes, and how her eyes seemed to give the sky its blueness. She saw that beauty and love doesn't begin and end, these are lights which glow from the center and shine outward spreading their vibrant images. Branching out, reaching up, and touching the sacred cusp of life.
