Poem by Eduardo Galeano

fall here
now
this leaf
this wish
this golden red passion
of you
painted on the soul

whisper in those raspy
jagged
broken tones
how you will stay
even as you fall
here now
glowing
tarnished
a path beneath my seeking feet

Heartbreaking scent of...

I see you standing on the other side
I don't know how the river got so wide
I loved you baby, way back when
And all the bridges are burning that we might have crossed
But I feel so close to everything that we lost
We'll never have to lose it again...

-Leonard Cohen

私はあなたの反対側に立って参照してください
私はどのように川の幅がわからないので、
私は 、 帰りの赤ちゃんを愛しとき
すべての橋を通過しなければならないかもしれませんが燃えている
しかし 、 私はすべてを失ったが近いものを感じる
我々は再びそれを失うことがないよ...

-レナードコーエン

Underground

Under water grottos, caverns
Filled with apes
That eat figs.
Stepping on the figs
That the apes
Eat, they crunch.
The apes howl, bare
Their fangs, dance,
Tumble in the
Rushing water,
Musty, wet pelts
Glistening in the blue.
